Are You Waiting for Retirement to Enjoy Life?

It seems like such a shame to me that so many people wait until they’re in their 50’s, 60’s or even later to do all the things that they’ve always wanted to do. What about you? Are you living the life of your dreams or are you putting it off until tomorrow?

You don’t have to be over the hill to enjoy life and start doing the things that you’ve always dreamed of doing. However, that is what many people believe. Why put off until your 50’s what you can do in your 20’s or 30’s? Why not start living the life you want right now and for the rest of your life?

A home based business allows you to have the freedom to work when and where you want to work. It also allows you to make the kind of money that will allow you to have the lifestyle you want right now. This type of freedom doesn’t come without work but it’s easier than you might think to attain.

The internet has allowed so many different types of people to become successful. It truly has leveled the playing field for so many. Several years ago if you wanted to become successful in network marketing you needed to have a big list of friends to call on.

These days you can meet limitless numbers of people online who want exactly what you’re offering so the possibilities are endless. Along with making it easier the internet also helps people grow their businesses faster! So in just a couple short years you can live the life that only most dream of having and you don’t have to keep putting your dreams to the side or saving them up for a better day.

Stop wishing and dreaming of the life you want and start living it starting right now. You can have any life you want… are you living the one you want?

Happily Unemployed!

What’s so great about a job anyway? That’s the question that’s been on my mind recently. I understand that jobs are what allow us to uh… buy stuff and live but there are other ways of making money that don’t include nosey co-workers, a boss, a stinky break room or a commute. I’m talking of course about working from home and anyone who has experienced the type of freedom that comes with working from home knows just how great it is and why if you’ve ever really gotten a taste you’d never want to go back to your job!

For those of us who are blessed enough to be happily unemployed the world is all about living. It’s not about barely getting by or trying to make time for our families it’s about doing what we want to do when we want to do it.

Jobs can be good if you’re doing something you’re really passionate about but for most people in America you’re working just to get a paycheck, and a measly paycheck at that.

That’s why building a home based business is so amazing. It allows you to work for a little bit and play a whole lot. Not to mention the fact that when you’re your own boss you’re free to make as much money as you want! You don’t have a boss telling you what you’re worth or that maybe you’ll get a raise sometime down the road you can give yourself raises! Isn’t that a concept!

Aside from the money a home based business gives you something that you can never make more of… time. Time with your kids, time with your spouse, time to yourself or time with your friends. Once it’s gone it’s gone. Little Leslie will only be 4 for one year and Adam will only have one first baseball game and once it’s over baby it’s over!

That’s what makes being your own boss so amazing. You never have to miss spending time with the people who matter most. Your life is YOURS so live it the way that you want to. Get more information about working from home today and start your way to being happily unemployed!

How Much Money Will I have to Spend to Work At Home

If you’re thinking about joining a home based business there are a few questions you’re probably asking yourself. Can I really do this? What will my spouse think? Which business is right for me? And of course… how much money will I have to spend to have success in a home based business?

All of these questions are important and should be thought about but I’d like to focus on the last one. Over time I’ve come across a lot of different people who want to work from home and almost all of them believe that working from home either has to be A) Free or B) extremely expensive. That’s why I’m here to tell you that it’s neither.

Let’s start with the first one because it really is a huge misconception that I want to bust right here and right now. There isn’t a business out there anywhere that you can start and not spend a dime. That my friends is called a JOB and there are plenty of them out there. A business always…. And I stress ALWAYS costs money to start.

You couldn’t open a clothing store or a restaurant without money up front right? Well a home based business is no different. I’ve read many an article saying that if a business asks you for money up front it’s a scam and that’s just so far from the truth it’s unreal. If you don’t invest some money you’re not in a business… period end of story.

They say it takes money to make money and that’s true so after your initial start up costs you may have to spend a little bit of money here and there just on basic marketing needs. Not a fortune but a little here and there.

That brings me to the second misconception. That starting a home based business costs a fortune. If you’re going to start your own business a home based business is the way to go. You won’t find another legitimate business you can start that will be any more cost effective. We’re talking less than $1000 here people. To start a real… honest…. Can make you filthy rich business! It just doesn’t get any better than that!

So in the question of how much money will it cost to make money from home here is my answer… less than $1000 to start (in many cases less than $500) and probably $50 - $100 a month to maintain. Now that’s a life changing opportunity that almost anyone can afford!

4 Great Places to Work Outside Your Home

One of the great things about working from home is that you don’t have to STAY at home. Here are 4 different places that you can choose to work your home based business from!

1. A Coffee Shop

Coffee is the official drink of work isn’t it? It seems like no office would be complete without a big pot of coffee to keep their employees working hard. Many coffee places today offer free WiFi in their stores so you get the big comfy chairs, the relaxing atmosphere, free internet AND yummy coffee to keep you working… what’s not to like? It’s also a lot less expensive than working in a restaurant and they usually don’t mind if you set up shop for a couple of hours. It’s just the perfect spot for almost anyone.

2. Your Own Backyard

That might sound crazy but sometimes it’s not about being far, far away from home it’s just about getting outside for a while. If you sit outside with your laptop you can probably still pick up your internet signal from inside the house. You can watch the kids play, maybe get a tan and just enjoy the freedom that you wouldn’t have if you were stuck in a cubicle all day. A picnic table or some patio furniture and a glass of lemonade make this the perfect set up and it’s free!

3. The Mall

This one might seem a little out there for some people but sitting in the food court of a mall can be a great place to get some work done. Here’s why. There are lots of people buzzing around so if you’re writing a blog post or an article there is plenty of inspiration. Also, there’s nothing like going and checking out that pair of shoes or that outfit you want to motivate you to work a little harder. Of course if you’re the type of person who has to have quiet in order to get work done this is not the best option for you. But some people work best with a little noise around them and this is one of the best spots for that. Plus you have your choice of a bunch of different restaurants!

4. On The Beach

This really is the dream scenario isn’t it? Sitting on the beach (or in a cabin in the mountains that’s what you’re into) relaxing and enjoying the day and getting a little work done while you’re at it. Obviously most of us can’t do this one year round but your work just won’t seem as hard if you’re doing it while sipping a mai-tai and feeling the sand in your toes.

Goals VS Dreams Which is Better!

When we were kids we all dreamed just a little bit more. We just knew that whatever it was that we wanted out of life really could happen. When we became teenagers we still had high hopes although our goals probably weren’t to be a princess or a football player.

And then the adult years set in and that’s what really killed out dreams. We stopped thinking about what we really wanted and started focusing on what we thought we could get.

Sure we’d like to live in a huge house but a medium sized one would do. Sure we’d love to drive that Mercedes but a Saturn would be ok. Why is it that by the time we’re out of school and into the real world we’ve completely lost our ability to really dream and dream big?

When you work from home you have the ability to take back the power of your dreams. That’s because anything really is possible when you own your own business. The success is not promised to you and it won’t happen overnight or without effort but, if you have the power to dream a home based business has the power to bring your wildest dreams to life!

There is an epidemic that has been sweeping across the globe for years and years. That epidemic is mediocrity and once it grabs hold of someone it’s hard to shake it. You absolutely do not have to be “sensible” or “average” or “ordinary”. With a home based business you can take back the power of becoming extraordinary.

You see, while your personal goals and dreams might not matter out there in the regular business world. They defiantly matter in a home based business. You can literally shape your life into whatever it is that you want it to be all you have to do is have a dream and work hard to make that dream come true.

Take back the power of dreaming and dreaming BIG. Find the home based business that’s right for you and you can start living the life you’ve always wanted to live. You can be ordinary or you can be extraordinary. The choice is yours.

Why a Teenager Can Help Your Business

A lot of teenagers want more spending money so they find after schools jobs outside the home they work at grocery or clothing stores or fast food restaurants. Teenagers are extremely internet savvy. So doing things online can be a great way for them to help you out. Submitting articles can be a daunting task so why not hand it over to your teenager… give them your articles and a list of all the places you need them submitted and have them go after it. This is easy work it’s just maybe not the most fun thing to do. Hey at least it’s better than making French fries!

Another thing they can do for you online is run your Myspace or Facebook page. Send out messages, update the page and answer inquiries. They’ll probably be better at it than you will and it can also be fun.

You can also have the create a blog or blogs for you. You will supply the content after they’ve set it up. You could even email them the blog posts and have them post them for you each week.

Passing out flyers is something else that takes up a lot of time but really isn’t that hard to do. Have some flyers or door hangers made up and have your teenager put them out on cars or homes to drum up more business for you.

Finally you can have your teenager help you with basic organizational things around your home office. Things like filing or organizing your leads can be a big help and allow you to do more business and less busy work.

There are many things that you and your teenager can do together to help your business grow. It will be good for you and good for them.
